Several years ago, when we were newcomers to Random Lake, our desk-top computer crashed, taking with it a lifetime of pictures, documents, and financial records. All our friends and neighbors recommended that we call Peter, who as it turned out, is also our neighbor. After solving that problem in a timely and efficient manner, we have called him for other problems, including our laptop computer and the computer that serves our church. Peter goes out of his way to service his customers. We feel very fortunate that someone with his expertise, honesty, and efficiency is readily available to serve our community on a moment’s notice. I wouldn’t go any where else but to RLPC! Pete is up to date with the technology of today. He explains everything to you that you understand what is happening to your computer and why. Pete is very affordable compared to many other places. He doesn’t pressure you into something you don’t need. He stands by his work. Plus he is very friendly and so is his dog Preston! If you need your computer fixed go to RLPC, it’s the only place I would go and I tell all my friends.

I have known Peter several years, I had a Acer netbook for several years that became very sluggish and eventually would not re-boot and lost the recovery partition. While I had my data backup, I didn’t just want to throw it in the land fill. I took it to several PC repair companies and they were either too expensive or refuse to HELP me. I saw an ad that reminded me of Peter. I called, he picked it up and called me several days later and indicated that Acer didn’t support this model and would NOT provide the drivers. He indicated it would be several more days to repair and whether he should continue. Well on Jan 2 Peter called and wanted to setup delivery. Peter delivered it the next day. Peter defraged the hard drive, install the operating system, anti-virus software and billed me $95.40. WOW !!! Thanks Peter

Did a complete backup of all files including pictures, music and documents before starting.removed viruses from computer reformat hard drive reinstall Windows operating system downloaded virus software Installed new Video card [old one did not work anymore] I called Peter at Random lake and was able to drop my computer off that same day. [Friday afternoon]It was finished on Monday and ready for pick up.His prices are excellent. My repair and all that Peter did would have cost at least double at any other computer store0He also came out to my house later the same day because I was having trouble getting things hooked back up.Peter is honest, reliable and very professionalI will definitely go back to Random Lake PC and would recommend to everyone I know. My computer now is faster and more responsive than when it was brand new.

1 year ago I lost all my files ( I sent them somewhere ) I thought for sure I had a virus. Peter came to my house and took it along he called within 1 day to say he found them and restored them all. Since i had an older computer when the virus protecton came due I asked if he built computer’s and we talked about my needs, he sold me one at a very good price came out and installed it put all my files on the new one and made sure everything worked He also made sure a week later I was having no trouble. I feel very lucky to have found Peter.My desktop computer had been hit by a virus and the arrow no longer responded to the mouse. I called several repair places that I found in the Yellow Pages and no one had experienced this before. Most people were impatient with me and when I asked about the cost, I got some outrageous estimates.I am unemployed and just happen to be moving the week of the computer melt down so money was dear. As soon as I spoke to Peter, my gut told me I had found the right guy. He was helpful and courteous on the phone. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time nor did he try to end the conversation quickly because he had more important things to do. The experience with Peter was top notch, friendly, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. His pricing for repairs is the best I’ve ever seen. This was just toooo sweet!! I gave Peter a box with a wireless printer in it. I went and had coffee and did some reading. An hour later we were flawlessly printing from both computers on my network, my desk was back in order, and I was TOTALLY RELAXED! When your computer crashes, like mine did, it can add some serious stress to your life. I had a pop up virus that made my laptop unusable. I don’t have a ton of extra money so finding someone to fix it on a fixed income was challenging. Well lucky for me I got lucky and found Peter in the phone book. Best Buy and Milwaukee PC are over 200 bucks and if you want best buy to come to your house you’ll have to wait a week. Peter’s services are just as good if not better than both of them. His rate (in my situation) was more than half the price of either. He comes to your home or place of businesses to pick up your computer. He continually gives you email updates about the what he’s doing to fix your problem and is available if you need to call and ask a question. He then drops it off when he’s done. Very friendly and professional. I would most definitely recommend him. If your skeptical the work will suffer because its cheaper don’t be. In this case your just getting a great deal!

Before Peter took my computer and waved his magic wand over it, I would turn it on, run an errand, scrub a floor, take my parakeet to have her wings clipped, and then check to see if my computer had finished its turning on routine. Then I would sit down and begin practicing patience as I waited for it to do a task for me such as finding my email. NOW that Peter has spoken to it firmly and given it a good cleaning, I turn it on and before I can turn around twice, the desktop is up and my arrow is ready for pointing and when I click on a program, it comes up immediately. I think that Peter is amazing. He came to my home, listened to my myriad of problems, took my computer with him, and in a few days came back with a clean computer that worked better than it had in years.
